What is the role?
As a Norwegian Technical Support Representative you will be working as helpdesk employee on a dedicated corporate client. You will analyse customer issues and try to troubleshoot the problem yourself by phone or remote desktop solutions. Some issue can’t be solved immediately in which case you will have to pass the case on to the relevant department. You will have excellent chances of progressing into more senior roles like 2nd line helpdesk, coaching or management.

Our client is a leading brand name that everyone probably has used at some stage. They are one of the largest IT companies worldwide and have operations in pretty much every country. They have a European Support centre in the Dublin area from where you will support corporate clients. They employ people from all over Europe and further afield.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who want to move in IT support. Experience in this specific area is not required, an interest in IT and willingness to learn however a must have. You have excellent phone manners, previous experience providing top of the range customer service and like working in a dynamic environment. You speak fluent Norwegian and English and are ready to work in shifts / 40 hours per week. Your main working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm but your will be required to work from home on weekends from time to time and will be extra rewarded for that.

The job is based near Dublin. Dublin is a great city to live proven by the wide variety of cultures you will find here. If you like a good pint and nightlife or just nature and culture, Ireland has it all.
Interview process and Salary
We are looking for Norwegian speakers who can start ASAP. The company will conduct a tech test and interview by phone and are offering relocation packages to candidates outside Ireland. Your gross annual salary will be €23000 plus bonuses.
